What is so special about Matcha Eight ice cream?
Matcha Eight Japanese tea ice cream is made using single-origin tea powder imported from Kyoto along with other natural ingredients, free from additives and preservatives. Our ice cream is hand churned based on recipes by Master Chef Takuji Takahashi. We are the first in Malaysia to introduce Japanese tea ice cream featuring sencha, matcha and hojicha series.

How do I check for allergen ingredient information?
Matcha Eight ice cream contains dairy and eggs. We share the common equipment that is used to prepare food that contains almond, sesame seed, kinako powder and red bean. Traces of these substances may be present.

What are the ingredients used in Matcha Eight ice cream?
We use tea powder, sugar, egg yolk, milk, evaporated milk and fresh cream.
Is Matcha Eight ice cream imported?
We import tea powder from Wazuka town in Kyoto Prefecture. The rest of the ingredients are locally sourced.
